They don't deliver on their promises

My fiance and I approached Global Visas in November 2012 to help us immigrate to Canada.
They were excited to help us and said we have sought-after skills and would get in easy. We specified that we wanted to immigrate on a Permanent Residency Visa - we later discovered that they were trying to get us over on a Work permit, which we specifically stated we didn't want. They set up weekly telephonic appointments with us which they never honored. They sent us the wrong info and failed to stay in contact on a regular basis, even after we contacted them to set up a meeting (this request was ignored). We finally became angry and requested to cancel our agreement with them, as they were clearly in breach of their own terms and conditions. We felt that the service received from GV had obviously "fallen below the standards you [we] can reasonably expect", as stated in their terms in their contract - this entitles us to a full refund as per their Ts&Cs.

We have since tried contacting them to no avail. I have noticed similar complaints from many of their customers. Someone should shut this company down ASAP!!! We paid them R 11 000 and they now refuse to answer our calls and email.
