Billing too much and barely there - I leave alone

I leave in Midrand complex name St. George unit 102 - ref: 61092514 - Ever since May i see that the account billing has been so much and I'm ever there in the apartment always away with work and I leave alone - I dont cook when i there coz i sleep and leave in a month im there approx 12 days sometimes less.

i dont know how does this billing work please advice coz now this is too much that i pay so much while im never there.

check this and let me know - really not happy at all.
