I recently recieved an sms form Impact services saying I am in arrears by 900, I was horrified because they always invoive after each month and I always settle my account in full. After numerous attempts to decipher this I eventually was told that it is money that I am being charged for usage when I changed from post payment to prepaid... only problem is I have never changed to prepaid I dont even have a working prepaid meter because they initially gave me a faulty one which they said they would replace and never did. They did invoice for all the months I have been living in my apartment and I paid so now they cant explain the R900 charge. No one in their office seems to know whats going on and they simply dont respond to my mails! On top of that they threatened disconnection!!
