Overcharged for something i dont use!!!

I hve 2 cntrcts wth u people... since february u overcharged me every month up untill nw for a sim card dat i am not using. i called in a couple of tyms tryin for u guys to switch on my phone... i keep on payin bt u never swtchd on my phne... ur billing is wrong evrytym.. so u only put on da discount for april n may bt my phne is still off.. i waited for u people ti reply aswell bt u still coming back to me.. i am not gonna leave it like dis as i am losing at da end of da day... u are quik to deduct evry month aswell bt i cant use my phne.. i knw im reliable for da second account bt u people neva deduct on the date dat i agreed on in the shop.. so i jst want my device to b switched on as i am not going to leave it like dis.. i am gonna take further steps n go to court if i hve to... hw cn u people b so SKELM..!!!
