Think Twice Before you use them

I Purchased a machine Vacuum DZ300 in December 2012
Less than a year later (August 2013) it breaks
They collect it without supplying a loan machine (Policy is they never do) so my customers can not be served
After complaining they rent one to me at R250 per day four days later
When the machine is fixed they tell me to collect it (do not drop it off at my premises)
When the driver gets there they refuse to release it as they did not tell me payment must be made before he gets there
I then have to pay before I know if the machine is fixed and send the driver again (they do not offer to drop it off again).

They have no loan machines and no guarantees or warrantees on their machines. Their after sales service is terrible. Please think twice before you use them.
