Sorbet standards dropped

I'm most disappointed with Sorbet and their lack of response after sending them
a Facebook message as well as a tweet regarding their poor service. I had gone in to the Cresta nail bar for a gelish manicure a week ago and found the polish chipping and bubbling. This after the manicurist said it would last 2-3 weeks. This lasted only 6 days. While I overlooked the sour attitude of the staff and general lack of interest in making clients feel at ease, I simply can't overlook paying so much for shoddy work with not even an apology.
And I'm am not the only person, I have friends who have complained without so much as a "sorry".
Unacceptable!
