I have had it with Sorbet Carlswald!

I am very disappointed with Sorbet Carlswald and this is not my first complaint. I've complained about poor service and products, as well as a horrifying waxing session, previously and received gift vouchers as an apology. I used the vouchers at a different branch and had absolutely no problem. The nails lasted a lifetime and the waxing was a pleasure. Then, I went back to the Carlswald branch last week only to be let down and feeling disgusted yet again.

On Thursday 10/10/13 at 13:00 I had an appointment to get my nails done. I had informed the technician, who was about 15 minutes late, that I believed I was getting engaged that Saturday and that I wanted my nails to look perfect. The tips she had put on was too small for my nail bed and started cracking and breaking within a few hours, others had sliced into my skin because they were too tight. I could see all the joins of the nails on my nail beds. I left the salon just before 15:00 and paid R360.00! I had to file these nails down and try and fix the broken nails with glue just so my hands at least look ok for when my man pops the question. I am once again very disappointed with Sorbet and I feel like this was the last straw.
