Bridal-land
Bridal Land is blantly and incompetant!!

I had a booking for a wedding gown fitting with Bridal Land whom I had found out about on the internet. I made an appointment to fit the dress on Saturday 10 August 2013 at 11 am. I got there at 11: 10 am and immediately I was not impressed with what I saw, firstly there was no sign outside to show that I was at the right place, the person I had been communicating with all week (Tanya) had switched her cell phone off and I didn't have an alternative number, I left a voicemail message for her to say I'm outside the venue but there is no one to attend to me. I buzzed at the gate but no one came, some people came after we had been waiting at the gate for 15 minutes and they were let inside before us because I was asked to move my car. When we got inside the owner of Bridal Land was busy with someone and didnt even glance our way. After having sat there unattended for 20 minutes she helped the people that came after us first without even asking us who was first between us, I presume it's because they were white that's why they got preferential treatment. Needless to say my friends and I just took our belongings and left. To this day no one from Bridal Land has called me.
