Terrible waxing

Hi, I normally go to the Sorbet in Centurion - where the service is GREAT. This time I had to do work in Cresta and decided to go to the Sorbet there! I'm so upset with the waxing that I received, I was there last week and my waxing is so bad it doesn't even look like I went! My skin was so damaged that a day or two after it made scabs in the area that I've waxed! My skin is still peeling! I'm so dissapointed!! Is this the normal service that one receives?
