Nail fix done wrong

I went to sorbet midrand on Thursday, 16 jan 2014 for a nail fix. These are simple and quick to do and I go to various nail salons to do fixes whenever I break a nail. Unfortunately it was done horribly at sorbet. The silk fibre started flaking and peeling by Thursday afternoon. I called them on Sunday to inform them that the nail break had reappeared because the silk fibre flaked off and they didn't care. They just told me that they were fully booked until Monday afternoon. Unprofessional. I didn't like their don't - care attitude and the shoddy service. I've never had this problem at any other sorbet.
