A few weeks ago I complained about the poor service I received at Sorbet Nails at Cresta shopping Centre.
Their staff were unfriendly and their Gelish manicure the worst. I received a voucher to have my nails redone and refusing to go back to Cresta, decided to try the branch at Brightwater Commons. So glad I did!
I was greeted with a warm smile, something I didn't get at Cresta. I was offered a beverage, again, something I didn't receive at Cresta either.
The therapist, Ottellia, was amazing! Friendly, courteous and did an amazing job painting my nails all the way to the end of the nail bed, unlike my previous excursion to Cresta.
It was exactly the kind of service you expect from a reputable place like Sorbet.
Needless to say I will never be going back to Cresta and rather taking my business to Brightwater instead.
