EFEKTO ANT GRANULES DOES NOT WORK

I bought the ant granules and applied in as per their spec. There has now passed 3 weeks since the application and the ants are still there just passing by the granules and not even stopping to eat/take away some. I contacted the customer care via email twice and they did not respond. This product is a waste of money and also very expensive.
