Marltons Get Off

I have bought the Marltons Get Off (the scatter Crystals) and The Wash & Get Off from a Pet Shop. I scattered the granules after my Labradors and Jack Russells ate their food. 5 Min later the one Lab went onto the grass and did her thing. The next day all the dogs used the grass with no "respect" towards Get Off. I call it no "Get On". I also sprayed the tyres of the cars and the Male Labrador urinated on the tyres two days later.
I have spoken to the factory and they checked the batch number out and came back to me and said it doesn't work on all dogs.
Well it hasn''t work on any of my 4 dogs. I will never purchase any of these 2 products.
