Only Afrikaans instructions in Rose Care

I purchased Efekto Rosecare 3 on 25 August. When I got home and opened the package the instructions were only in Afrikaans - no English!! I do not read or speak Afrikaans and view this is a very serious light as it is a toxic, dangerous product.
