Dogs Refuse to Eat Food

Miscellaneous

I bought a 8kg adult, medium/large bag of Bobtail chicken flavour dry dog food at Shoprite Bluedowns Cape Town on 30 July 2013. Upon opening the bag I immediately noticed that the pallets/granules were much lighter in colour than usual. Nonetheless I offered the food to my 2 dogs, and up until now they just refuse to eat it. I've been feeding them on the food for over a year now and I never had any problems before. They are in good health and have just recently had their yearly physical check up. I am of the opinion that the refusal of my dogs eating the food has something to do with its flavour, hence the lighter colour. I cannot return the product as I had discarded the cash receipt. Is there any way you can remedy my plight. Regards
