Not Granules

I bought a 750g tin of Frisco granules at a Spar in Durban and when i opened the tin I realised the substance was not actually granular. I know what regular Frisco looks like and it seems to me like the coffee was incorrectly labelled. The coffee inside the tin does not resemble the granules in the picture on the outside. I started buying the granule Frisco when it came out and I preferred it to the regular Frisco. Can someone please elaborate on why the consistency is different or is this an isolated incident?
