Trail running shoes with manufacturing fault

I sent an email to Keri explaining I believed that my New Balance trail running shoes had a manufacturing fault. She replied the same day saying it was a fault and New Balance will swap my shoes.
Great customer service and I will be continuing to buy New Balance after this.
