BALANCE INQUIRY

Good day Hallo Peter, I purchased a pair of shoes in December 2012 for R1500 at Spitz on my account (card no. 6010241200000115616). The agreement was a payment of R125 per month and I was paying R150 since January up to date and the balance is still R1260. I need explanation on why is my balance so high because i was given the RCS number to call and i was told that I am also paying for an insurance, interest and something else for R70 every month. I did not apply for any insurance with Spitz and no one told me about it when purchasing the pair of shoes. I did pay the said balance today, but still i feel i deserve an explanation of where my money was going because it is like paying for furnisher.
