Thank you New Balance for training great staff!!

I purchased new running shoes in mid November. Part of the sole of the one shoe came off, which can happen to any shoe. Marvin was professional, polite and friendly and replaced the shoes. My daughter and I have only used New Balance products for over 10 years and will continue to do so.
