I saw the gym in June and decided to sign up my son. According to CPA and the gym, I cancelled the contract the following day, due to the fact that my mother fell very ill and I needed to pay for her medical expenses as she has no medical aid. I was assurred by the sales rep Vincent, that they would cancel and refund me the monies paid. He set up a meeting with the regional manager Jaco, 4 days later. He assured and confirm that within a few days I would be contacted and my monies returned. I borrowed money for the medical bills based on their promises. Since June I have been sent from pillar to post with no help. I am now in dire straits as I can't pay back the loan. And have been notified by Anneke, from a recovery company that she does not know when I will be refunded? I need this money back.
