Long story short... Vincent was very pushy and told us we had to hurry and make a decision as the promotion was ending. Believing him my husband came to look into signing up and was told by Vincent that we would be able to cancel at any time and be refunded so it was no risk in signing and paying in full we just had to do it now. So it was our mistake for believing him we signed the contract.

Had a really bad feeling when we left and decided to check hellopeter only to find numerous complaints. We phoned Vincent immediately but he would not answer, we then sent an sms to ask him to please hold off as we have a few questions. We also then read the contract to find that we will only be refunded 50%.
No reply from Vincent, we kept trying the next morning and also tried to get hold of head office with no luck. We got scared and phoned the back to stop payment. Vincent informed us that we could not cancel as it was a promotion (their contract clearly states you have 5 days to cancel). We then found that after all our attempts to cancel, Vincent still tried to take the money off of our account numerous times that day. We feel that it is our duty to warn others about this man.
