About 2 months ago I decided to make use of a service called ProfCV. I am currently unemployed and thought that it would be a good idea to have my CV done by professionals. They offer different packages and I signed up for one of these, which cost me R395. On their website it clearly states that after you submit your details, which is completed via a online questionaire, you will receive your new CV within 7 days. I had issues with the website as it kept giving me errors. I sent an email to Daan asking him for assistance where after I was told that its not the website but my connection and that thousands of people has used this questionaire without difficulty and I should read the instructions blah blah blah. It was not my connection as I had a full 3G signal and I did try accessing a few other websites, without any problems. Eventually I managed to complete the questionaire where after I sent Daan a screen dump of the webpage clearly showing that my details were submitted succesfully, asking him to please confirm wether he received it or not. Until today, I have not received a response or CV. I would like my money refunded immediately.
