Poor service for multiple years

I have been with webafrica for many years now.. cant even recall how many, . and have experienced constant poor service across many different issues, just too many to mention.

Most recently: Since last year October I have had a severely poor ADSL connection. ping speeds from 600ms to 3350ms!!! After Multiple complaints and each time having to prove my problem I was at a loss and webafrica never really made sure anything gets done by telkom either. Then about 3 weeks ago all came right and speeds were good again. But for close to 5 or so days its been just as bad again as before.

I spoke to a Tarriq Martin about it today, and was coldly and boringly told AGAIN "blah blah blah procedure blah blah and you must send us proof blah bah" (just follow up on ticket:1530716 man!).

I just can't take it anymore.. I would like to say it was good while it lasted.. but it just wasn't good at all.

My experiences over the years has made me feel this:
1.Technically not all that capable: the feedback I have been given concerning my technical questions in the past years have been frightening
2.All promise, little action
3. Follow-up on tickets not good either.

.. and now Im out of typing space.
