I had a crisis last Friday, needing to replace a part on my Mercedes C230K coupe and the part quoted through Merc SA was horrendously expensive. As I was trading the vehicle in, I didn't want to have to fork out a fortune as she was leaving my possession. I searched the net and came across your website. Phoned immediately and was put through to Ikraam, who immediately assisted me in first ascertaining WHICH mercedes C230 I was driving (I'm not a car fundi as to the many varieties of my model), then checking that you had the right part at the RIGHT PRICE.

Ikraam managed to give me the part at a great saving, including vat and delivery to Midrand.

Due to a few unforeseen circumstances, he driver didn't get to deliver the part to me yesterday as requested (I had to have the vehicle at dealer this morning), and when I phoned Ikraam at 10h45 this morning, with no delivery and in a slight panic, he immediately climbed into his vehicle and personally drove the part out to me in Midrand.

I work in the service industry as well and can safely say that Ikraam has today put the entire service industry to shame with his extra mile.
