Bad service and attitude

I had experienced serious trouble with my car a Hyundai Atoz and have approached the Hyundai dealer at Zambezi on 16 February 2013 to assist with a spare part (distributor) for my vehicle. I was told that the spare part is not in stock but that it will be ordered and available within two weeks, however, I was told that I must pay in full for the part before it will be ordered, which I have done immediately and the amount of R1045.72 was paid on 16 February 2013 to secure the part. I have phoned Mr Jan v d Walt at Hyundai spares department on several occasions to inquire about the availability of the part that was ordered, I have also mentioned to him that I wanted to use my car during 21 March 2013 to 24 March 2013 to go to Mphumalanga. I have contacted the dealer several times and have requested confirmation of a delivery date on the part that was ordered and paid. I have not received any feedback from the dealer whatsoever until 18 March 2013 when Jan van der Walt phoned me to inform me that I will be refunded as they were unable to obtain the spare part; I have at the same time expressed my dissatisfaction. On the 6th of April I received the cheque and bought the part at XLint spare
