Our company is currently in the process of moving offices, so we asked the Xerox guys to come move the machine we rent from them and then set it up for us. Now granted this was supposed to be done yesterday but we hadn't given them a order number and turned them away. But they came back today and moved the machine, we were then told a technician would come soon after. Four hours later I call Wesley the guy administrating the move, ask him when a technician would come he said he didn't know as soon as one can, I then ask for a time frame on that as we can make alternate arrangements if need be as we can fax or print he continues saying he doesn't know. Asked to call the technician and check with him he then shouted on the top of his voice that I can't tell him what to do it's his job and he knows it. All I wanted was a time frame, to say I doubt they can come this week or something not be shouted at by a person from a company we have been loyal to for so many years.
That's truly outrageous
