Missorted mail - Benmore Gardens

I reported this on October 31 2012 and received a reference number HD1793339 on 6 November, but I have received no feedback since, and no corrective action seems to have taken place. Personally I think it is quite serious that, because of bad sorting and the absence of a reposting box, boxholders' mail is ending up in the rubbish bin. Don't you agree?
