They called me and explained to me what i needed to hear, that everything was for free and then requested my banking details and they told me after wards about their once off fee and the monthly payment, told them to hold it as i was going through financial crisis will contact them for further if i want to proceed or not. Next thing i cancelled the membership and was requested to send the email which i did and came back undelivered. I called them again and spoken to consultant by the name of Norma which she gave me her direct email and she said it will be cancelled. It was around March to my surpise from May they started sending me the email about people who won competition and i just ignored. In june on my birthday received the email of happy birthday and i called them to find out that the membership was terminated, to my surprise they have been deducting and said that they never cancelled. They asked me to send the proof of email and i did, no respond. i demanded to speak to the manager and was told she was in the meeeting, asked for her email address, was told they are not allowed to give to client and for them to cancel, they need a formal letter and they will deduct R500
