All promise and no delivery

I dealt with the company with the hope of them providing me with a sample for my meeting with a huge corporate. I was promised delivery of the sample unit and was told that they are running late with the sample - I had a buffer day but provided it was sent to me overnight.

I did get my delivery in the morning and when I went to the meeting - i open the box and it was something completely different - I was really embarrassed and contacted Matthew and he said it was company policy not to supply a sample as they often get people that take the sample and go elsewhere BUT I agreed to pay for a sample as this was an important meeting.

I then spoke to Stacy, who promised to work over night and have a sample ready the next day - no sample, no telephone call - I just think that these guys just string people along. Please DO NOT do business with this crowd.
