I bought an Android phone and was very excited, it took them 3 weeks to deliver after they said it take 7-14 working days to deliver by courier. I finally got my phone, spoke to call centre agent help me set up, only to find out the phone is faulty, the buttons are not as sensitive as it is suppose to be, what a useless piece of. I was told they would cancel the phone and send the couriers to collect. I tried to put the phone on, only to find out now the phone does not go on at all. I called the call centre to report this. After being told they will collect, i waited 3 weeks for them to collect the piece of. SURPRISE no one came. I eventually was told to deliver it to the Wynberg branch. In the interim my account was debited. I called the call centre again to tell them that my account has been debited and i want my money back!!! & when can i have it reflecting in my account. I was told it first has to be scanned by the technicians to see if the phone in good order, (why did they not check the piece of before they dispatched it, All i wanted to know is how long its going to take to give my money back, only to have the phone put down in my face by a RUDE AGENT NOBUNTHU!!!
