Parcel disappeared

My Aunt sent 2 parcels on the same day, parcel 1 of 2 and parcel 2 of 2 from London. Parcel 2 of 2 arrived on the 4th of July but parcel 1 is missing, every time I phone they keep on telling me it is still in transit. How is that possible?

My parcel was never booked in and that is why it still shows as in transit. This is the third parcel that has disappeared in the last 2 years at customs.

This is unacceptable.
