Never in my life have i been treated so rudely by a company.

I had a oven repair call out, paid the money up front. The guy came to my house with the wrong part, said he would be back at 10am. I said ok no problem and gave him a lift back to his workshop. He never came back, i phoned them at 4pm to find out what was going on. Lady on the phone said they would come the next day, to which i responded that i was told differently. I told them to come fix it as agreed.

Guy shows up just before 5, installs the new thermostat and puts the oven back together but with a light cover missing on the front panel, pretending not to see its missing. So i ask him and now? He says it wasnt there before (which of course it was). I drive him to the workshop to get the part and i am approached by the owner who VERY aggressively tells me " i hear u have a problem with my shop" Im like, i do my utmost do get this resolved and u have the audacity to approach me like that?!!?!?

Long story short and a screaming match on the phone.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM BERGENS STRUBENSVALLEY unless u like dealing with a very arrogant and rude owne
