Worst spares service eve

I went to Hirsch's around the 17th December looking for an oven element and a number of other items, including an LG dishwasher part. THye had no elements and i needed thta urgently so found it at another spares shop. I left the LG parts and was promised a call back in January when the suppliers opened. I heard nothing and went back end of January only to be told the part was sent to LG yesterday and they would contact me. I went back on Friday (22 Feb) only to be told LG does not supply this part anymore.By sheer luck I was given the LG suppliers by a fantastic Bergens off Ontdekkers avenue and they had the part. I asked why Hirsch's couldnt source it and they were surprised as they supply them. I am of the opinion the person at the spares lost all my details, and never bothered to even try find the part for me. This is now my second bad experience with hirsch's servicing. Stay away, its better to find parts elsewhere and have repairs done elsewhere
