BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I took my plasma 50 inch for repairs on the 24.08.2013, was not told how much the repair. I had to phone in the week to get the quote. Me and my husband gave the go ahead and I told the front lady Anemarie that we will collect the TV end of september, I called on the day 28.09.2013 to say im collecting, she says the tv is not there, the guy who fixed the tv did not deliver but the tv is fixed. So i called monday 30.09.2013 and was told the tv is broken they put it on test and the tv was not fixed. we gave them another week, still not fixed, they waiting for parts from samsung. 8/10/2013 my husband receives a phone call saying they had to order a mother board cause its faulty. I called the shop and the owner picks up the phone, he had no idea the tv was even there and he had to phone the lady which is now leave. we have to wait. today 18.10.2013 called for the tv and it is still not fixed. I ASKED MY LAWYERS TO CALL AND WAS TOLD THEY WAITING ON SPARES. HOW LONG MUST WE WAIT, ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS THEY HAVE THE TV AND NO ONE HAS THE DECENCY TO PICK UP THE PHONE AND TELL US, WE HAVE TO PHONE AFTER THESE PEOPLE.
