Sergetech Appliance Repairs - A Bunch of

We have a thermofan oven & the baking tray did not work. The rest of the oven worked & we used the grill & normal oven. We decided to get the baking tray / element fixed & call SERGETECH APPLIANCE repairs. As the norm with appliance repair companies in South Africa, the guys are foreigners. We had an appointment for 2-00pm but they arrived at 6-30pm. Their technician named Christian checked the oven & advised that the baking element needs replacement. He said it would take him a few minutes and would cost R1250-00 for an element replacement (cost of new element /- R100-00). We almost had a heart attack and told him that it was too much we would rather pay their call out fee of R250-00 & call him back when we had money. Christian got annoyed, closed up the oven & left half the screws & trays out. A few days later we decided to use the oven & realised that entire oven had no power. Christian had snipped a wire / wires cutting off the power supply. We lodged a complaint with the owner Serge who said he was busy & that we probably have a power problem. We told him the oven worked previously & since his guy left, the oven had no power. He said he could'nt verify that.!!!
