Bad attitude and no concern/assistance to custome

First of all I was not unhappy with the generator you supplied only that there was a problem with the battery! (Inferior product)

Complaints against your company will be as follows:

Machine purchased for cash. Refund should be likewise.

On day two Machine would not start I had to have a spark plug replaced, at my cost (Is the spark plug also not guaranteed)
Same day the positive lead to the battery was found to be loose (from so called crimped lugs)
Battery does not keep charge.(You stated to me stated the machine had to be tested before collection) Generator was pulled started in front of my driver.

You attitude is one of sorry but you bought the machine so it's your problem.

A real businessman or should I say a honest one would have tried to assist seen that it was within two days that the battery gave problems,
But from our first conversation of this morning and your abrupt attitude it leads me to be beli
