First National Battery
What a GREAT experience!!!

Beginning of July a had a problem with my car battery which was drained. When I phoned for prices the guy knew exactly which battery it was and how much it is going to cost me. All I had to say was which model car it was. When I took my battery he tested it and told me that there is nothing wrong with it, all it needs is to be charged. Instead of making R800 of of me (which I was willing to pay) he sorted me out for R35. I am a jeweller, so what I know of batteries and so on, is dangerous. Except for the honest pricing, this guy's attitude towards me was very very good. I know how important customer service is for a company because I'm in retail, and let me tell you that guy is a 10 out of 10. Pitty I cant remember his name but i am sure he will remember the green Chevy Spark.
