Discount Name Badges

We recently purchased Name Badges from Discount Name Badges. Upon receiving them, we were extremely unhappy with the quality of the badges. Our logo was barely visible, some of the names finished on the edge of the badge, some of the badges had blemishes in them. We contacted them immediately to notify them of this. They said that they would redo them for us, and requested us to send them back. Once we sent them back, they then sent us another invoice telling us we must pay for the new ones. We tried on many occasions to get hold of them, they either ignored our calls, or didnt respond to emails. Eventually after more than a month of trying, I told them to just send the badges back. We are still waiting. And they continue to ignore our calls, every time we try and phone, they cut the call
