Horribly slow service

Having been in Mr Price stores yesterday and today - am extremely disappointed by the slow service. Why do l have to spend more than an hour waiting to give them my money? Does it really take that long to assemble some bar stools just 2? The staff is slow and someone is looking into it when noone is - makes the waiting time even longer. I hope l never have to buy something from your store which will require the help of your staff. The staff dont even have name badges - cover up. Disappointed.
