Poor customer service

At 9am doors were still closed. A lot of customers outside. At 9:10 elderly male knocked on the glass for them to open. No greeting for customers when opened.unable to exchange my sons school shoes from size 4 to 3 without a slip, even thow its still in box and wraped in plastic. None of the staff were wearing uniform or name badges. Got names from receipt. A instant reply would be apriciated..
