Please fix your mess up

After being told by so many of my freinds not to join Planet Fiteness for various reasons, I decided to prove them wrong & joined planet fitness in claremont about 2 weeks ago. The agent signed me up on a contract for me & my wife, paid discovery the once off fee & got my two badges, one for me and one for the wife. First week of gyming was great & I even got my wife a personal trainer. I was bloating about it telling my friends how good planet fitness was until week two started. The gym updated there system & my wifes badge stopped working. Upon enquiering, I was told that we only allowed one badge per member & that if my wife wanted to gym she will need to sign up to a contarct of her own. WFT..!!! I was SHOCKED & DISSAPOINTED, everything I was told by the agent was a LIE... This means I will need to fork out another R865 to Vitality & I cant even give her by badge to use because of the photo recognition... Reception tells me I did an upgrade but there was never any upgrade done. I signed two contracts, why would they give me two badges if I didnt, Ive got the contracts at home to prove it and they just look at me like Im a. Please Planet fitness, HELP ME..!!
