Poor quality food with bad attitude

My daughter and I bought various items but the chips tasted stale and smelled strange. My daughter returned them to the lady who served her (Geraldine Kriel) and was given a VERY bad attitude by her. Geraldine was rude and unhelpful and handed a second packet of chips which tasted exactly the same. The third packet handed to my daughter was OK. I approached the manager, Grace Meda, who had been busy on her cell phone, apologized to us. Neither Grace nor Geraldine were wearing name badges (two or three other staff were also without badges). Grace explained that the badges had been ordered but had not arrived. Why does it take 3 attempts to get product which is up to standard?? Why add insult to injury by having bad attitude?
