Badges off my car whilst shopping

I always shop at Hyper due to convenience. Whilst doing my shopping in August both my BMW badges were removed On two separate occasions. I reported the incident and I had to wait for more than a month before my call or complaint was acknowledged. My incident was reported to the car guard and the security department at Hyper. I had to constantly follow up with Hyper and eventually I was given feedback by Peter, the security of Hyper. He told me that unfortunately he could not assist me as Hyper is only liable for any loss or damage until the cashpoint tills thereafter there is no liability on them and he would get the managing agent to return my call. Needless to say I never received that call and had to call her back. She claimed that she did not get any messages nor was my incident recorded in their OB book. She basically said that this was unfortunate and apologised for the incidents and said that they are indemnified by the clause that we park our cars at their premises at our own risk. I have never seen that sign anywhere at Hyper and I used to shop there at least once a week. She said that if I have another incident, I should report it to her. Its not safe to shop there!!!
