Still no feed back on the investigation

I sent through a complaint on the 23rd of May exposing the that happens in our postal service! the following day, i received this response: Hello tummiiee,

Its almost 2months now and nobody has gotten back to me with regards to this .. i don't know whether this is done to protect their staff that are incompetent, rude and above all? i want something done IMMEDIATELY with regards to this or else i am going to the police to file a case of against the post office!
