No response on my complaint dated 25 Nov

Post Office has not even bother to come back to me about my complaint about poor service at Post Office. what kind of Senior managers at Post Office there can't even come back to sort out there poor plan stratege my suggestion does not need to have a huge budget to implement. we are living in the world of technology you cant operate on the same business model which was implemented in the 1970 period and u think is still applicable today. you are far behind with other counter parts.

please sort out or i will take further step & report you due to poor service to customers.
