For the past few months I have been trying to get my complaint with the SA Postal Service resolved, and to no surprise absolutely no resolution has been reached.

I have had several parcels, coming from overseas, not being delivered to me. When I initially logged the complaint, I was advised to give up to 3 months delivery time for items without a tracker number to be delivered. At the time of my first complaint letter, 2 of the items had already exceeded the 3 month period as advised and I made mention of this. This is where all my communication with the post office started just getting ignored.

You will notice, that as per the attached e-mail, all outstanding items on this list have now exceeded the 3 month (90 Day) waiting period and I have not received a single item. I now expect the Post Office to be able to tell me why I have not received my items, and who I will be laying a complaint of against.

I intend on taking this matter further, and if need be I will get the Consumer Protection Council involved as the Post Office is meant to be offering a service to the public, which the obviously are not delivery.
