NO PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND BAD ATTITIDE AT INGLOT

I am a make up artist and visited the Inglot Sandton City Branch during the Sandton City sale two weeks ago. The consultants were not eager to help at all, the did not have any product knowledge and were more interested in chatting to each other than heping the customers. I visit the branch in Gateway often and its always such a pleasure to purchase products from the Gateway branch though I am quiete dissapointed at how bad the service is at the Sandton branch.
