Supply of wrong order and refusing to exchange

Good afternoon

I have joined as a new distributer to above company that sells aloe vera products.
my distributer number is 270-001-385-545, i bought products worth R534.00 and after few days there was no delivery, on enquiry i was told my order does not meet the required amount to purchase and i have a short fall

i will quote

"Hi Nomathemba Majebe

I apologies for misspelling your name and surname, please consider my apology for this, it was not a sign of disrespect, fatigue played a part but going back to your order you can add products on the order that will amount to R 970.00 minimum order plus courier charge R 120.00 amounting to R 1090.00. so you are short of R 547.00 to your order.

i then placed an order to add for R551.00, few days later i got my order which was wrong, i did send an email, i spoke to Magaret Ross who is the manager in Cape town branch 021-761-6001, who listerned to my story and referred me back to JHB, i phoned the branch and was told the matter will be forwarded to the team leader, non of any told me that the order wont be changed, today i got an email telling me that my order wont be changed.
