Over Charged And Wrong Products Sent!

I placed an online order on Thursday for delivery on Friday. The order total comes to just under R200, yet my card was charged with R222! Why the extra?

Then the order is received and the wrong products were sent. I mean seriously, what else could go wrong now.

This was my first time using PnP online and I won't ever do it again!

Could someone please contact me about sorting your mess out?
