More than a month for a delivery

Hi, I ordered some products from Superbalist (then Citymob) on 15 October. I only got an email telling my they are preparing shipment on the 08 November 2013. On the 13th I got another email telling me my shipment is delayed because of customs - how is that possible when they were preparing my order for shipment then?? After waiting for any email from them about the date of despatchment, I eventually phoned - the call centre agent couldn't assist me, "she must speak to her manager" and phone me back. No one phoned me back. The next day I called again, same story, so i told the call centre agent i'm going to phone back every half hour until i get an answer. They finally send me a mail that they encountered a further delay due to a system error in placing orders for art on demand products. This was sent on the 21 November. And they will let me know when it will be received; so I've now waited more than a month for products. I've received goods from Europe faster than this. I didn't realise when I bought my products, Superbalist must still order/received it from overseas!
